Très bon emplacement tout près du lac , mais aussi du quartier d'Albigny. Balcon sympa, vue sur le parking mais aussi sur les arbres et le Parmelan sur le côté. Balcon exposé nord mais idéal avec la chaleur. Déco succincte, mais jolis tableaux. Coin cuisine bien équipée. Petites attentions à notre arrivée (café, thé, bonbons)
Petit souci d'acoustique, on entend la télé des voisins. Oreillers pas très confortables

La proximité du lac ainsi que le supermarché
Il faudrait revoir la décoration et le mobilier car il est très ancien.Surtout les chaises et la table de cuisine.Prévoir des casseroles et des poêles supplémentaires

L'absence de contact humain. Tout se passe par message. Pas de num d'appel en urgence.
