Villa Santina - Cefalù

Per prima cosa, la struttura dichiara disponibilità di 8 posti letto per adulti , ma 6 di questi sono in un piano seminterrato di cui 2 in una stanza piccolissima, tutti con scarsa illuminazione e aerazione. La struttura è bella, con un bel giardino ed è equipaggata con tutte le comodità, 2 frigoriferi, lavatrice e asciugatrice, lavastoviglie, macchinetta per il caffè ed un grande televisore in salone. Purtroppo la mancanza di manutenzione si fa sentire, particolarmente nei bagni. La spiaggia vicina è raggiungibile a piedi, ed è molto bella. I proprietari della struttura sono stati molto cortesi, ed hanno lasciato molte bevande a nostra disposizione. Nel complesso la struttura è buona,ma assolutamente inadatta ad 8 adulti , il rapporto qualità prezzo non è favorevole.

Le camere da letto e i bagni purtroppo l’interno della struttura è poco manutenzionata

un super accueil de nos hôtes 😍 un emplacement idéal à 5 mn de la plage à pied et 10 mn de Cefalu en voiture une maison agréable à vivre et un très beau jardin A noter 3 chambres en sous sol et 1 très belle chambre climatisée à l’étage

A nice house inside a fenced holiday community 10 mins drive from Cefalu old town. Really nice welcome by the hosts including a fridge stocked with beverages. A really beautiful garden with well maintained lawn. The biggest flat screen smart TV I have ever seen in a holiday home:) The house has its own beach area some 5 minutes walk away - a very relaxed beach with no crowds on weekdays however it is quite rocky - with children I recommed Cefalu beach. Very well stocked kitchen.

Location is a little out of place - you definitely need your own car here. Air conditioning is only awailable in the living room and one of the bedrooms upstairs while 3 other bedrooms are located in the basement with no air-conditioning - this I would recommend upgrading as there is a significant comfort difference between the 4 bedrooms.
