Escape and step into your dream waterfront retreat with stunning views, situated along the placid shores of Lake Anna - Virginia's best kept secret. Located in a well-established neighborhood on the private side of the lake. Meticulously maintained and offers an open floor plan. 5 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms capable to sleep up to 20 guests. Relax in over 3,800 of spacious square feet to include a family room with a vaulted ceiling and hardwood flooring throughout the main level. View the gorgeous waterfront and deck from the living room and kitchen. The kitchen has hickory cabinets, stainless steel appliances, a breakfast bar, large pantry, and comes stocked with dishes, pots, pans, spices, Keurig, and tea kettle. Large lakeside main level master suite features a walk-in closet, double vanity, soaking tub and separate shower. Two additional guest rooms are on the main level with a full-size bathroom. Lower level includes 2 bedrooms and a full bathroom. Walkout basement with huge flat screen TV and family bar area for entertaining.
Outdoor space includes your own private sandy beach, stone patio with storage, bar, sun deck and a jet ski lift! 2-3 car attached garage, paved driveway, beautifully landscaped yard, rear composite deck, covered front porch, covered patio and an outdoor shower. Several sheds, enclosed carport and workshop included.
The listing includes a double-bay boathouse which contains a full-size fridge and roll-up bar door so you can entertain at the waterfront. Access to launch and park your personal boat/jet ski.

You rent this house for the yard and the boat house — the end. The backyard and water access are beautiful and perfect for all ages. The small beach is adorable, the fire pit is fantastic, and the boat house offers the right mix of shade and sun for all-day play. The home’s layout works well for trips with multiple families, and the amenities are great for kids in the 10–15 age range.That said, the house is clearly a rental and shows wear — scuffs, dings, and some items not functioning properly (lamps, certain overhead lights, and cabinet doors with loose glass panes). We also found no sheets on the trundle beds, no blender, and a few other missing basics we had assumed would be provided. Overall, what we paid and what we got didn’t quite align with our expectations.While we wouldn’t choose this particular location again, we did enjoy our stay.

While the house has space for 10+ people with a nice location on the water, some of my guests were unable to sleep on beds because there weren't clean sheets for us to use. We immediately had to start laundry so that we could have clean sheets to sleep on. It was an inconvenience but we thankfully were able to still enjoy our time.
