About this house rental
Welcome to Gold Cove — your private lakefront retreat on the coveted non-public side of Lake Anna. We designed this expansive 8,000 sq ft estate from the ground up with one purpose: bringing large groups together in style.
Step outside to your own sandy beach on a quiet cove, a private dock ready for water toys, and five decks and patios perfect for morning coffee or evening sunsets over the water. The community's private boat launch is just steps away, and our on-site non-ethanol fuel tank means you can spend more time on the water and less time refueling.
Inside, the home sleeps ~23 across 7 bedrooms and 7 full bathrooms (6 en suite), plus 2 powder rooms — so everyone has their own space. Two owner's suites feature king beds, joined by a third king, a queen, a double full, a twin-over-full with a twin bunk, and the upstairs bunk room with 3 bunk beds with twin mattresses. The chef's kitchen is built for cooking at scale with double ovens, two, microwaves, two dishwashers, and two refrigerators. A basement wet bar keeps the fun going after dinner and is steps away from the stone fire pit, perfect for summer time s'mores.
When it's time to unwind, head to the media room and catch a movie on the 110" HD projection screen with Dolby Atmos 5.1.2 surround sound. The game room offers pool, ping pong, and air hockey, and all Smart TVs support Netflix, YouTube TV, Amazon, and more. Ultra-fast Starlink internet keeps everyone connected.

Friendly and helpful host. The house is well-stocked with lots of activities to keep everyone entertained. Comfortable beds. Perfect for a large group.

Near lake water( make sure if water is contaminated or not) few of us got stomach bug.
