Brilliant pleasant stay most enjoyable

Great location, very clean restaurants and bars near by only a 25 minute walk into the centre parking was easy as we was in our camper van would fit 2 vehicles on the drive, everything you needed and beautiful views of the lake, we will definitely be visiting again. 😍

no dislikes apart from the drive was dusty from the new concrete and tiling but it will soon be gone was a superb stop over

Needs another toilet. Third bedroom not really suitable for adults, or very young children. Bathroom/ shower arrangements didn't work well for a group of friends, more suitable for two couples.

Annecy Perfect Location

Location is superb couldn't be better. Out of the city but can still walk in. Smaller closer restaurants and bars and so close to the lake its superb with a great balcony to chill on and watch the world go by.

Only gripe was the shower. For a family stay one small shower that wasn't very powerfull. It could do with a different shower door so wasn't amazing after a day in the lake. THIS Wouldn't stop us booking it again I'm sure we will be back.

Fabulous apartment in a fabulous location

A fabulous apartment with views of Lake Annecy, the space has been very cleverly modelled with the low roof bedroom in the roof being the perfect place for the kids to sleep! The living space is a great size and the kitchen has a big fridge, dishwasher and plenty of space to prepare food. The shower room is cleverly designed with a washing machine too and the freestanding bath was great for the kids.

Absolutely everything and was a most memorable experience. The terrace directly opposite the lack was enjoyed to the max. The kitchen has a real wow factor and is well equipped. Since we are a family with 2 adult children the 3 separate sleeping spaces was great. Good location and owner was exceptional in his welcome and during departure.

The balcony. 2 minute walk to the lake. Parking right in front of the property. Plenty of towels.

Firstly, the apartment had not been cleaned properly. There were hairs on the toilet and in the bedroom, crumbs on the sofas and on the kitchen floor and island. The dishwasher hadn't been emptied either. The apartment is actually not on the lake, as the photos try to show. There is a very busy road between the apartment and the Lake, the traffic noise starts at 7am and continues until 9pm. The noise prevented the mezzanine room being used as a bedroom (more on that later). The hundreds of really noisy mopeds, motorbikes, racing cars and horns ruined the experience. The air conditioning was excellent, although you could not adjust it, it was either on or off. There were no instructions for it. The Wifi wasn't working properly, reading the reviews it has been like this for some time. We waited in on our last day for 2 hours to allow access for the wi-fi engineer to look at the problem, but they never turned up. Thank you. The mezzanine room is literally 100cm in height and there is no way 4 children could sleep up there comfortably on the floor based mattresses. See the photo. The access stairs to it are hazardous. See the photo. The road noise meant that a good nights sleep was extremely difficult. There is only on toilet, so if there are 8 people this will be a problem. It is not possible to lock the toilet door from the main bedroom either, so don't expect any privacy! There are no outside lights, just wires hanging from the outside wall. It is as if it is 95% refurbished, but not quite finished. See the photo. The garden is a mess, it really needs to be tidied up. See the photo. I don't think it is value for money considering all of the above. And watch for the £120 cleaning charge in the small print.

Very nice second floor apartment right on the lake. Boat/kayak rentals 5 min walk. A few good restaurants nearby. Wonderful balcony and family room. Cute sleep area for kids that can climb stairs. My daughter loved it. The family room flowing into the balcony would be ideal for cooking/entertaining in the evening.

Had a wifi issue the first night, but our host had a ready backup option that worked perfectly. The balcony does have a fair amount of traffic below as compared to the photo that doesn't really reveal this at the angle taken. By sunset it quiets down, so not an issue for noise at night. The shower was a bit tight and had an odd step and double entry door. Only one bathroom, but no problem for those that don't mind taking turns.

The third bedroom is not really a bedroom it is a mezzanine about 60-90cm high. Stairs were very steep. We were a family of two adults and three teenagers and it was too small for us. It would work better for a smaller family or younger children as long as they are safe up steep stairs. The apartment is small with some unusual design elements like a bath in the main bedroom. Only one toilet and shower. The TV and internet did not work during our stay. The host did try to fix the internet but was unsuccessful and did not follow through on the tv. We had a good stay in Annecy but a number of things in the property did not work as expected.

de locatie was heel goed, wel een druk punt maar wel altijd wat te zien als je buiten zat.

Dat de host engels zou spreken was wel handig geweest. De slaapkamers waren niet erg groot en de bovenste slaapkamer moest je kruipend je bed in. Althans een matras. De douche was erg krap en je kon de toilet van 2 kanten in, dat is niet handig. `Een toilet voor het hele huis, wij waren met 5 personen vind ik weinig.

Hyper agréable !

Emplacement parfait, espace de vie hyper agréable Espace dortoir convenable pour une ou deux nuits. Juste la lumière du miroir dans la chambre et la lumière automatique de la douche restent allumés la nuit ce qui est un peu gênant. Il nous a manqué un sac poubelle mais autrement c’est plutôt complet (nous n’avons pas cuisiné..)

_La Vue et l'accès direct sur le lac _ grands lits (160×200), _ beaucoup de rangements pour ranger nos affaires, _ à seulement 35 min à pied du centre ville touristique _ décoré avec goût, matériaux très beaux et bien choisis. _ cuisine ouverte sur le salon avec une très belle vue sur le lac et les montagnes. _ arrêt de bus à 15m !

_ manque d'éclairage extérieur pour monter les escaliers _ route très passante et bruyante à proximité _ plus adapté pour une famille que pour un groupe d'amis (la SdB est bien trop proche d'une des chambres), _ attention aux escaliers menant à la mezzanine, ils sont très raides!!! A proscrire pour les enfants
