A comfortable and well-located apartment, perfect for enjoying Annecy.

The apartment was very spacious and well-decorated, with large windows providing plenty of natural light. The location was perfect — just a short walk to the lake — and the free parking was very convenient. The kitchen was well-equipped, and the living area felt warm and welcoming

bad stay - avoid during the summer heat - bathroom malfunctioning -

This place has no AC, like most of the places in Annecy. It was hot during our stay and the apartment is on the last floor of a tall building so it got very hot. At night, with the windows opened and all provided fans running to try to stay cool (it did not cool off that much), the street traffic and the local bar down the road were very loud. That made our stay very uncomfortable; we got no rest during out stay. I would avoid staying at this place during the Summer. In addition, one bathroom had a leaking toilet so we could not use it. The maintenance person had to come multiple times; great guy, very polite, and always communicated well before he stopped by. I asked for a partial refund due to the inconveniences and the owner simple ignore my request and never bothered to respond.

Wonderful flat with amazing views and great location

We had a really wonderful stay in this flat. It was clean, comfortable, well equipped and the view from the balcony (and living room) were exceptional. We could happily have spent all day looking at it! The location was also really good - very close to the lake and an easy pleasant walk into town, but also in a real neighborhood with quiet streets and a very pleasant local shopping area.

Nothing except would have liked some more mugs (we are English tea drinkers!)

Nice apartment, lots of space, but unhelpful and kind of rude host

Comfortable location, lots of space, nice ambience

The manager did not reply to a single message once we moved in. He communicated a lot of requests such as asking to take photos of everything, prepare the apartment for the next guests, etc, but at the same time did not trouble himself to answer any of our questions regarding the apartment or even say simple “bye, thanks for staying” when we texted him about completing all the said requirements. Also, the center of the city is a little far off, about 30 minutes by foot. Not necessarily an issue, but something worth considering.
