Perfect location, nice and spacious, clean and well equipped
Perfect location to the lake and old town. It was clean and very warm. All facilities available and loved the coffee machine.

The perfect place for a family to stay and enjoy Annecy
Beautiful, spacious, comfortable for a large group of different ages. Loved the dining room which was large enough for us all to eat together to celebrate Christmas. The location is great moments from the old town.

l'emplacement centre ville exceptionnel, les garages, l'espace de vie salon salle à manger , taille des chambres, literie confortable, IDÉAL pour un séjour familial , c'est top, accueil et départ en boite à clefs ce qui facilite l'accès (juste prévenir avant car accueil physique annoncé)
il nous a manqué cocotte ou cuit vapeur pour 10 personnes, pas de théière ou boule à thé, pas suffisamment d'eau chaude pour 10
