The apartment is in need of renovation. It feels very outdated and worn, and the building itself could also use some improvements—for example, the elevator was covered with paper, which gave a neglected impression. The listing also states that parking is available, but this is misleading. There is only a small public street parking area nearby, and it was practically impossible to find a space. We ended up having to use a paid public garage instead. The parking option was one of the main reasons we chose this apartment, so this was particularly disappointing. There was also a renovation taking place in the studio next door, which made the stay noisy, and the shared corridor was covered with building materials. In addition, the owner of the apartment decided to replace an internal door during our stay, which was very poor planning. We had to adjust our plans to avoid being in the apartment while the workers were there. It is also very unpleasant when maintenance work is carried out inside an apartment that has already been rented to guests. Overall, the experience was disappointing, and we would not book this apartment again.

Limpeza, simpatia dos anfitriões e localização central

Falta de estacionamento. Muito difícil para arranjar local para estacionar.

La limpieza y las instalaciones fueron excelentes. El alojamiento disponía de todo lo necesario para una estancia cómoda, incluyendo lavadora, cocina completamente equipada, tendedero y otras comodidades muy útiles. La ubicación también es muy buena, con supermercados, bares y restaurantes en las inmediaciones, y el centro histórico a tan solo 10 minutos a pie. Además, la anfitriona fue muy atenta y amable durante toda la estancia. Nos envió recomendaciones sobre dónde comer, qué visitar en la ciudad y qué lugares de interés descubrir en los alrededores, lo que hizo que nuestra experiencia fuera aún más agradable.

Desafortunadamente lo unico que no me gustó fue que el colchón era demasiado blando, pues además de eso todo perfecto!

Tenían obras en su otro apartamento de las que no avisaron con antelación, con mucho ruído desde muy temprano. Además nos cortaron el agua justo a la hora del check out, cuando habíamos avisado de un poco de retraso y nos dieron visto bueno.
