About this house rental
Come stay at this comfortable 2 bed/1.5 bath townhome that features smart TVs, hardwood floors, King Bed, Queen, and full size twin bunkbeds. Location is 1 mile to the beach and boardwalk – whether a few min drive, short walk, bike ride, or trolley ride.
This quiet community has a swimming pool to enjoy when you’re back at the house. It is also located just a short walk from restaurants, bakery café, diner, and shops and a nature reserve with playground just around the corner from the community (less than 5 min walk).

• Main floor has a kitchen, living room with a smart TV, dining area, and full-size washer/dryer.
• Second floor has two bedrooms:
- Room 1 - King bed, smart TV, and desk
- Room 2 - Queen bed, extra-long twin bunkbeds, and desk
• 1.5 baths
• Outdoor shower
• Parking for 2 cars
POLICIES:
No smoking, no vaping, and no drugs. No pets. No primary renters under 25. No parties/events, and quiet hours after 10pm. Number of occupants must be fully disclosed upon reservation. Fireplace is decorative and not for use.
Security Note: This property features exterior security cameras, all facing outward. They do not look towards any interior spaces.

Our absolute best vacation ever. Bethany is our new family "home away from home". And this rental was so cozy and clean. Very close to things without being too busy. Can't wait to go back

Very clean, short distance to the beach, walking distance for a few restaurants, coffee, and adult beverages. Parking pass was a huge plus.
