It certainly has the WOW factor! Superb apartment!
Really spacious - plenty of room for a family with teenage boys. Beds were comfy, bathrooms / showers really great. Sofa was great for relaxing after a busy day sightseeing and the TV had all the usual (Netflix, Apple, Prime etc). Air con ,fan and washing machine & dryer available too.
Location was great, bedrooms at the back of the building so no street noise at all but there’s a little balcony & window seat in the lounge area so you can people watch and enjoy the hustle & bustle!
Location good, a little walk to the metro but loads of buses on your doorstop, we mostly used the buses to get around. And loads of shops, bakeries, bars & restaurants around too.
It felt very safe here and our host was super friendly meeting us a little early to drop off bags.
My boys really loved it - the best place they’ve ever stayed apparently!!!
I can’t think of any negatives!

Luxury interior in excellent condition. Clean and fully equipped with basic amenities that you can think of, towels, hair dryer, shampoo, body wash, fan, air conditioner and all kitchen items. Easy access to all spots as it is close to buses and metro. Quiet at night but there is a big supermarket and nice bakeries closed by that you can fill up whatever you need during the stay.
Basically no complaint.

Location was great with great access to buses and metro. Cafe next door for breakfast, great restaurant just across the street
Tourist tax at Euro 10.90 per person per day a bit steep! And significantly more than stated on booking

Great location
Spacious, large kitchen, nespresso machine
Houses multiple people, great for big family
Big living and master bedroom
Close to supermarket and restaurants
Easy access to taxis and Uber’s
Due to construction outside on the facade, very dusty, the owner did reimburse us due to issues with our allergies and construction workers being able to look into the master bedroom/bathroom.
Layout of apartment not optimal
Large kitchen but not so practical, hit my head several times
