I had a wonderful stay! The room was cozy, clean, and had everything I needed. The view was absolutely beautiful — perfect for relaxing with a cup of coffee in the morning. Magnifique! Wonderful, friendly host. Possibility to order breakfast for just 5€ :-) Perfect location for getting to know Spa, or staying there for a race weekend. Room is clean, silent, cozy and equipped with everything you need! Everyone is friendly and you will find everything you need to have.

Very nice and comfortable room in a very good position to visit Spa, the hosts are friendly and helpful. Very spacious bathroom. The room has a coffee machine and coffee pads and tea are offered, which was very appreciated. I recommend this place.

Exceeded expectations

Extremely clean. Very central location (perfect for visiting the spa nearby). The staff greeted us warmly and in a timely manner, despite us arriving a bit later (after 9PM). The room was perfect for an overnight stay, very peaceful, shampoo and fresh towels, fresh croissants in the morning with coffee, spacious, free water, biscuits! We will certainly be back, and we will recommend to our friends.

Beautiful room, perfect location.

The location is perfect, the decoration is nice, it has a fridge, coffee maker, kettle for te, netflix... In the morning, the hoster brought us some delicious chocolate breads. There was coffee and te in the room.

The room is on the fourth floor so carring heavy suitcases is a bit difficult. The pillow was very thick.

Cleanliness, great location in an amazing spa town! The hostess is awesome! We had tea, coffee, beer and water left for us by the wonderful hostess! She even left little cookies for us! The view of the church is beautiful from the apartment, also! Parking was easy, as was walking to the thermal baths and restaurants in town.

We’re in Spa 4 days for the f1 grand prix, We slept here on thursday and sunday. Very nice and kind staff, bathroom and bedroom very comfortable and clean. Really good and genereous breakfast, surely we come back for the next year Gp.

Very nice room, loved our stay!

The room was very clean and big when we arrived, this was very nice. The bathroom was also very clean, super nice. The person that received us was very nice and explained everything about the room which was also very pleasent. They also offered a small breakfast which was free and brought to the room on an arranged time point.

No house keeping/cleaning during our 4 night stay. Not even on the 3th day as discussed upon arrival. Further the church clocks were very close so they woke us up at 8am every day...

Nice stay near the city center with great hosts

The host and his family were excellent. We came by bicycle and asked upfront if there was a place to store them, as we did not bring any locks (bike packing). There was not much room, but he was able to store them in his personal hallway. The host thinks along and is very hospitable!

An extra bin in the bedroom would have been nice. Any trash had to be put in the bin of the bathroom. But this is just nitpicking, the stay was excellent.

Het meubilair was minder mijn smaak maar dat is natuurlijk persoonlijk. Alles was wel verzorgd en voldoende proper. Beetje jammer dat we niet echt van een uitgebreid ontbijt konden genieten. Er was op dat moment enkel een simpel ontbijt beschikbaar, dus zijn we zelf in het centrum op zoek gegaan naar een leuke plek.

CALIDAD DE ATENCION INCREIBLE!!!

Nuestra estancia fue perfecta. El dueño Ben y su señora nos atendieron de manera maravillosa y dado que fuimos a ver la carrera de F1, Ben nos llevó y buscó en su auto particular cada día de Viernes a Domingo. De otra forma hubiera sido muy complicado. Por otro lado, el desayuno servido cada mañana fue una maravilla, con detalles para todos los gustos y en gran cantidad. Y la seguridad del lugar y de la zona, muy buena.
