We had a fantastic week here and would not hesitate to book again or recommend to others

Spotlessly clean and well appointed. Had everything you could want, and more. Lovely outside space which got sun all day, with covered area for eating or just some shade. Beautiful, well kept pool and gardens. The lady who dropped off keys was so helpful and was contactable if we needed anything and responded quickly.

There was nothing we didn’t like about the property but we had an elderly person in our group who found the walk from the property to the restaurants in Benalmadena, albeit a lovely walk through the park, was a bit too much.

A great stay

The apartment had everything needed for our stay. The beds were comfy, shower lovely and kitchen well stocked. The outside terrace was lovely. The apartment block has lovely gardens, spaces and pools. The pools were not open while we were there in April but I can imagine they would be great in the summer. Communication was excellent with the property manager, via WhatsApp messages during our stay. The apartment is in a good location, next to a park, a short stroll to the beach and town. Many local supermarkets an easy walk too. We got the bus to the old town really easily outside the apartment and used the train to go shopping in Plaza Mayor. We had many sunny days and spent the time on the beach and strolling along to the marina.

Wonderful location in a very comfortable apartment with a great terrace and great wi-fi.

It had a lovely outdoor terrace which had the sun all day. The apartment was very well equipped and in a very good location near to the Paloma Park.

The booking.com site said it had a bath which was one of the main reasons we chose it. The bathroom had been refurbished and there was only a shower. It was vey nicely done and we were happy enough.

Absolutely beautiful extremely clean apartment with everything we needed ,we especially loved the outdoor terrace .It is within easy walking distance to the beach and bars and restaurants and supermarkets in the area Very easy to get in touch with the hosts who answered any queries immediately .I would highly recommend staying here and would definitely return

Superb

This property is extremely child friendly. There is access to two pools but neither are directly in front of the apartment. It is ground floor with a closed in grass area in front of the patio. It was brilliant place for my 3 children to play in the evening when my husband and I wanted to relax. We have a strong willed two year old who likes to climb so this apartment was perfect for us as relaxing is something that we don't usually get to do. The location is great - if you know Benalmadena, you will know that it's hilly - so expect that. The host was very helpful and I really enjoyed my stay.

Exceptional

Equipped with all the ameneties needed for 4 people incl. heating/cooling and high speed internet, in a beautiful tranquil gated community with direct access to a small garden, right next to the amazing child friendly Parque de la Paloma. A small shop right on the corner, and the beach, large supermarkets and the more local neighborhood Arroyo de la miel only 10 minutes away. Very friendly hosts (that speak English, for those in need)

Be careful, especially if you have kids, the hot water comes out boiling. If you have strollers or a hard time getting around there's a small flight of stairs (about 10 steps) An extra set of keys would be nice since a key is needed to both enter and exit the community.

Located close to the park, town and beach. Apartment was well equipped, though a little bit dated and needs modernisation in some areas - If you do book to stay at this apartment, be careful not to touch the tiled wall when stepping into the bath/shower - as there is movement on the tiled wall & the tiles will eventually fall off, which may result in losing your security deposit. Good wi-fi connection.

The booking process through Booking.com is usually easy & straightforward. With this rental, a bank transfer of 200 euros was required to be set up (it is listed in the description, but was overlooked when booking). Setting up the bank transfer was an issue - flagging with my bank a possible fraudulent case, which took an evening to rectify. We will definitely avoid this kind of booking process in the future. Most modern letting agents hold credit card details rather than taking extra payments. Like most families, we would much rather have the euros to spend during the holiday instead of having euros returned a week after returning home. The return is not automatic, you are also required to email your bank details, requesting your deposit be returned. The refund can take up to a week... if you are lucky to have it returned at all. Check in process - agent was 15 minutes late and only a very brief check-in was conducted. The nearby school is very loud and the class sirens woke us each weekday. No sun loungers around the pool. If you like a pool day you would have to sit on a towel on the grass, not very relaxing. The complex felt residential, rather than being on holiday - so lacked that 'being on holiday' feel. We spent little time in the apartment and left the apartment as found, in a clean condition. 4 days after returning home, we were sent a photo of the sofa arm stating that damage had occurred (photo shows a slight gap between the arm & cushion) & we would not be entitled to any refund. We dispute this, the sofa was hardly used and only as usual - sitting on the seat cushion. We have been accused of sitting on the arm. We know that this didn't happen and that we treated the apartment and the furniture with respect, but with no proper check in & check out procedure, with no paperwork or written policy relating to your security deposit, the whole amount can be just kept from you. AVOID.

Bardzo dobra lokalizacja - blisko sklepy, restauracje, plaża, stacja kolejowa, przystanek autobusowy i centrum miasteczka. Z drugiej strony ulica przy której mieści się mieszkanie spokojna i cicha. Bardzo fajny taras z którego można korzystać w ciepłe dni. Duża wygoda z uwagi na dwie osobne sypialnie - dobre rozwiązanie dla rodzin z dziećmi. Ogromny plus za obsługę obiektu - osoba opiekująca się apartamentem niezwykle pomocna zarówno jeśli chodzi o samo mieszkanie jak i cały pobyt.

Jest jedna łazienka, co przy czterech osobach bywa uciążliwe.

Ruim netjes en compleet appartement, goede airco leuk terrasje op mooi complex met prachtig onderhouden tuin met palmbomen en bloemen.

Te ver van het strand om te kunnen lopen, zeker vanaf het strand terug de berg op met 30 graden is niet te doen. Wij namen een taxi ;)

Viaje bonito con niños

Este apartamento es para venir con niños pequeños porque las camas separadas no son Aptas para adultos y las almohadas son muy Finas, pero para una fam con dos niños pequeños es ideal, la terraza da mucha vida, hasta la playa son 13 min andando. La cama matrimonial si estaba bien y cómoda. El baño es más bonito que en las fotos. Todo muy limpio.

Kotoisa huoneisto isolla patiolla

Todella viehättävä asunto. Meidän suosikkimme oli iso patio. Siellä oli ruokailutila ja aurinkovuoteita. Muutenkin juuri meille sopiva kahden makuuhuoneen huoneisto. Olohuone ei hirveän iso, mutta meille täysin riittävä. Rauhallinen asuinyhteisö. Juna-asemalle ei pitkä kävelymatka, tosin ylämäkeä. Erityisesti siltä suunnalta löytyi paljon kivoja ravintoloita. Teimme myös paljon ruokaa itse asunnolla. Keittiössä monipuolinen varustus. Jotakuta saattaisi tosin haitata astioiden/aterimien kirjava kokoelma, mutta ei meille mikään kynnyskysymys. Saavuimme keskellä yötä. Omistajalla on yhteistyökumppanina taksikuski, joka hakee lentokentältä ja antaa avaimet. Toimi tosi hyvin. Tänne tulemme mielellämme uudestaan.
