House is beautifully finished, gardens immaculate, fresh fluffy towels, fabulous view, quiet area, comfy beds, everything works perfectly, visiting cat 🙂, welcome basket, really clean.....loved it!

Excellent. Spotlessly clean. Lovely welcome basket left for us. Sister and niece of host who called to us were very friendly

My only fault was mattress in bedroom with sliding doors. It was very hard, most uncomfortable. Really needs a softer one. It was like sleeping on a board so I would suggest to owner to change it. For the price you pay, quality of sleep is essential!

The house is as shown in the pictures - well equipped kitchen - great view and lovely garden with privacy - cute visiting cat, Patch - Lovely welcome basket - Excellent WIFI. - Pauline and Martin are great hosts we got fresh salad and spring onions from their garden twice a week, really appreciated.

It can get very hot in the house because of the glass windows - but with opening the windows and doors upon returning it cooled down quickly. But this also means we had good weather, so :-)

One of the best properties to rent in the area

Patch house is a gem on the Beara Peninsula. We booked in and stayed for 3 weeks as a base to explore the area. The house is brand new and exceptionally clean. The location is convenient drive to Glengarriff, Kenmare or Bantry. Martin and Pauline the hosts are fantastic and go above and beyond to make your stay special. Sunset views from the living room and outdoor terrace are very special and amazing.

We have no negative comments. The property is worth the visit.

Paradise!

Patch House is absolutely stunning! The house is finished to the highest standard and the views are spectacular. Although we stayed at the end of October/ early November, the weather was beautiful and we were treated to rainbows from the living room windows almost every day. We had a wonderful time Exploring beautiful West Cork. Great views and lovely people everywhere we went. Pauline and Martin were excellent hosts. They gave us a very warm welcome, with a thoughtful welcome basket and great recommendations for things to do in the surrounding areas.

Patch House is outstanding property to rent. From the minute you turn into the driveway you know you have found somewhere special !! The house is beautifully presented both inside and out, the views amazing. We just spent a week there and didn't want to leave!! The welcome basket was a lovely treat on arrival full with tasty goodies.Pauline and Martin the hosts couldn't have been anyone more helpful with suggestions for restaurants and things to see and do and are such lovely people. Just treat yourself with a stay at Patch House.

Absolutely beautiful place, little oasis of calm

Beautiful home with every attention to detail. The view from the house is amazing. A great deal of thought and planning is reflected in this lovely place. The hosts were very warm and nothing was too much for them.

No taxis but you can’t have everything .

Beautiful house

Fantastic views, bright and spacious with super facilities. A really comfortable and stylish house with a gorgeous garden and patio with views over the bay. A quiet restful sanctuary near the lovely village of Glengarriff.

I liked everything about it but you do need a car as it isn’t possible to walk on the main road nearby.
