House is perfect for a family with lots of room. It is well equipped with everything you need .Great location to explore beautiful west Cork. Car is essential.

Exceptional

Excellent for all ages, house was so clean, 2 ensuites in our 4 bedroom house and bathroom for 2 more interlocking twins rooms. Plenty of hot water. Very comfy open plan kitchen and living/dinning area. A beautiful rural safe area with 8 other holiday homes plus a court yard of homes. Walk to see farm animals and pepple beach. House had everything in it. Even tea, coffee and sugar and some cleaning products. Loacation was excellent for exploring parts of Cork and Kerry.

Only slight draw back was we had to drive to bantry or Glengarriff for Diner.

Excellent communication from property manager. The house is bright and spacious and in a lovely location - remote yet close to Glengarriff and Bantry. The animals on the farm and the horses in the field close by were a nice surprise. Very comfy beds, the house has everything you need for a family holiday.

We had a very special week - family get together and everything very relaxing, safe and comfortable.

These houses are extremely comfortable and spacious and ideal for a large group or family holiday. The location is very special - very quiet and safe, especially for smaller children, and there is the bonus of a private swimming spot close to the houses. House was also very clean and the supervisor/manager of the estate was excellent and extremely helpful.

There really was nothing we did not like. We were very happy with the facilities and the location.

Lovely quiet location, plenty of space around the house for kids to play. The house had all facilities required, clean. Our host, Mary, was lovely. Available for any questions or if you needed anything. Nice clear roads in the Ardnagashel Woods for kids to bring scooter/bikes/skates/blades/skateboards, greenery for kids to play soccer

It was self catering. The house was very clean , modern & comfortable. The area where this estate is situated is stunning. Plenty of space for kids to play safely and a lovely short forest walk to a pebble beach. A car is an absolute necessity as the house is half way between bantry & Glengarriff.

It’s location is quiet remote with no footpaths so walking into the village of Ballylickey is not advisable especially with children. A good distance from ballylickey village so a car is a necessity. In and around the house you have a grand & spacious front & back garden for kids but as we had our dog and there is no fencing between gardens/woods we couldn’t leave the dog out as he would wander off. Unfortunately at night time we had to use our mobile phones for light as the outside space was in darkness with no lamps on/working to eliminate the outside space so it was pitch black & unsafe . Maybe without a dog this won’t bother you but he needed a little stroll before bedding down for the night. Not sure if all houses were in the same great condition as ours as our house had just been renovated and new furnishings.

Clean soft carpets upstairs .. Cosy sofa for resting after daily treks... Good location to be based from.. Great space outside each house for kickabouts .. free wifi..

Road entrance / signage could be more visible.. can only be seen at 50m from property so very easy to drive past entrance!

Lovely location nice walk to the shore very close to bantry and glengarriff too. We had free WiFi which was an added bonus that we didn’t expect when booking. Mary the supervisor was really helpful and friendly person to deal with.
