Nicely equipped and very large allowing my sister, her two kids, my elderly father and his wife and myself and my wife to each have a comfortable bedrooms. There were three bathrooms so no lineups waiting to use the bathroom and the washer/dryer made it so we could pack less for the week in Killarney.

There was no drip coffee maker which is not a big deal but was missed. There is no Wifi internet service at the house. There is a router that is on but the router has no input thus it projects a signal however has no access to the internet. Lastly, while it is walkable to town it is not ideal as you need to walk along a busy road then cross another very busy road before getting into quieter streets...

Very comfortable house, lots of space. Plenty of space for our grandchildren to ride their bikes. Toys and games in the house a good idea. All the family could sit down together for meals. Good instructions for using heat and hot water. Great location very near town, the younger family members walked it in about 20 mins us older ones took about half an hour. The house was very well equipped plenty of cutlery, utensils and crockery. Utility room equipped with both washing machine and dryer. Very comfortable stay.

Duvet covers and pillowcases in downstairs bedrooms could do with being updated. The ones there were spotless but well used.

Enough bedrooms to accommodate 5 adults and 3 children. Washer and dryer on site.

Though it was very hot, no fans were provided. As mentioned, the on-site washer and dryer was nice, however no detergent was provided. There was one only pod supplied for the dishwasher for our three night stay. Towels were supplied but not enough for 8 people. No real outdoor space for children to play safely. Main bathroom had a tub and a hand-held shower head. No bath mats. The children's toys were in complete disarray, with so many pieces missing, they were useless. Overall, did not provide a homey feeling. It gets worse! Clearly visible mould and mildew present in the kitchen. Both on the ceiling and wall behind the sink. In comparison to the other self-catering properties we experienced, Madams Hill House was a disappointment.
