Delicious breakfast. Delicious evening meal at SALA THAI. The lady who served our dinner and breakfast was really lovely and kind.
The gardens are full and beautiful; there were plenty of rhododendrons and camellias to see. The gardens are also great for kids with the rope bridge, hide and seek area, and dinosaur sculptures. We took a walk down to the small beach and back up past the waterfall.
We only saw one other couple while we were there, because it was off season, so very quiet and peaceful. It was very rainy and misty so we couldn’t see much of the surrounding views, but still it was a stunning setting!
Amazing overhead/waterfall shower which was so relaxing. Nice big bathroom. Nice room and views from the windows.
The bath was great, but the water seemed to have possible mineral deposits in it- it was orange once I ran the bath! I didn’t mind, but other guests may not like it.

Peaceful, staff welcoming, beautiful room.
Assumption that you have access to emails when travelling So Gate codes sent late by email. Why not give this once paid? Tv remote no battery so tv didn’t work. Didn’t spoil stay.

The location was excellent. The staff were friendly.
The property was tired and a bit run down. Two lights were not working in our suite and the furniture was old. The gardens were not exceptional and disappointing.
