The location was great as I arrived by bus.
The instructions to access the property were excellent - clean and with photos to help. The location to pick up the ley was a bit hard to find - I suggest that the instructions include the words 'Ezymart, located up the escalator on level 1' this would have helped - we needed to ask for help in locating the Ezymart.

Extremely good location and great city views
One mattress was lumpy and the other slated bed squeaked dreadfully just sitting on it or laying down. No complimentary tissues and only one handwash available

We have liked the location and the apartment and the facilities provided.
The wait for the lifts was longer than expected.

Location is good across road from train station and east central trams
The apartment needs a good deep clean. The linen was stained and lacking, only 1 towel per person, 1 tea towel, difficult to wash and get dry over 5 day stay with no cloths dryer .
