The spacious kitchen overlooks the living and dining area and is equipped with a gas cook top, oversized fridge and stainless appliances. The open floorplan features high ceilings, windows overlooking a natural greenspace which allows for a lovely view while relaxing from the outdoor patio. On the first floor level of this home, you'll find a large living room with adjoining dining room and kitchen, and a Laundry room which includes a full-size washer and dryer. - Deer Lake State Park- less than .08 mile west, offers restrooms, golf cart parking and is open 9-sunset for a $5 park fee, accessible by car, golf cart or bike.
- Gulf Lakes Estates Access - less than 1 mile East of Prominence and accessible by bike or foot only
- Seabreeze Beach Access - 1.2 miles east with cart parking nearby
- Seacrest Beach access - accessible by bike and cart parking nearby
RESERVATION NOTES:
A signed RENTAL AGREEMENT Is REQUIRED FOR ALL RESERVATIONS and will be shared at the time of Booking
Accidental damage protection is included with reservation
Cancel Policy allows for cancellations outside of 30 days to receive a full refund minus a $150 processing fee
All Renters must be 25 years of age or older to rent
No Smoking allowed on property

Our family stayed here with 4 children and 4 adults. The house was identical to the pictures and had so many unexpected items that were available for use! The kitchen was stocked with all the necessary appliances that you might want. We were shocked to see extra beach items available to use during our stay. We were extremely pleased with the home and the communication while we were there! Also, the house is very close to the pool so that was a huge plus since we had young kids with different schedules.

Such a nice spacious open high ceiling floor plan. Great location in the hood across the street from the pool almost and the big chill. Very sound proof quiet place. Golf cart was amazing. Used the bikes to go to nearby Beachy Bean coffee shop and to nearby beach towns! Loved the boogie boards and sand toys so nice having all that to use! Owner super responsive and accommodating. Lots of room for my 2 parents me and my husband and three kids!! Thank so much for sharing your beautiful home with us.

We didn’t want to leave. Every was as described. All the provided beach equipment was in excellent shape (not common in my experience). The golf cart was nice to have and added to our enjoyment during our stay. Highly recommend!
