About this apartment rental
Hey Hey 30A is a 3-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom Bahamas-style home for up to 8 guests in Prominence, a 30A community between WaterSound and Alys Beach. A golf cart and 4 bikes are included, Deer Lake State Park's beach access is about half a mile away, and Prominence's resort-style community pool, restaurants and outdoor amphitheater are close by.
The main living area has 10-foot ceilings, plenty of windows and custom-made furnishings, giving the open living and dining space a bright, airy feel. The large kitchen overlooks both and has a gas cooktop, a built-in oven, stainless appliances, granite countertops and a breakfast bar. An outdoor patio adds space to relax.
All three bedrooms are upstairs. The Primary Bedroom has a king bed and an en-suite bathroom with dual vanities, a large walk-in shower and upgraded tile work and fixtures. The second bedroom has a king bed, and the third bedroom has a queen bed and twin-over-twin bunk beds. These two bedrooms share a bathroom with a tub/shower combination.

BEACH ACCESS
Deer Lake State Park is the closest and most popular beach access to Prominence, about 0.5 miles away. As a state park, it doesn't allow alcohol, and beach service isn't available there. Walton County beach accesses nearby include Walton Dunes, about 2 miles west, and Gulf Lakes, about 0.5 miles east, which has no parking but makes an easy bike ride. More beach accesses along 30A are listed in the Coastal Dreamin' guest portal.

My family and I truly enjoyed our stay. The house was clean with lots of space in each room. We used the golf cart and bikes daily to go to the beach and get around 30A. The beach chairs and umbrella provided in the garage were also very helpful when going to the beach. The BIG Chill is directly across the street with great food options and entertainment. We will definitely be back.

Our family had the best time staying at Hey Hey 30a. This spot feels quiet and peaceful while have great access to The Big Chill, Deer Lake State Park, and easy bike trails. Also has one of the best pools which our kids loved! Two king beds is a game changer, throw in the golf cart and bikes - you have us hooked! Very easy and great communication too with the rental management - we will be back!

The house is nice, spacious. We stayed with 5 adults and had plenty of space. Beds were uncomfortable, especially king sized bed in master. There were not enough towels and we had to do laundry often (detergent pods were supplied). The dryer does not work. It has to run a really really really long time to dry even very light loads. We brought our own beach towels, luckily, even though they take up a lot of packing space.
The kitchen sink faucet was broken and kept falling off.
Location is good…we used the golf cart to go to a couple of beaches because they are not within walking distance while carrying beach gear. Some of the bicycles were a little broken but we used 1 or 2 of them.
The condo was clean other than scuffs on the walls and a little mildew in the upstairs bathroom.
I wasn't expecting all bedrooms to be upstairs…it was okay but would be hard for some people to carry large suitcases.
