About this apartment rental
TipSea Kitty is a two-level, 3-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom home for up to 8 guests in Prominence on 30A, across the street from The Big Chill and between Watersound and Alys Beach. A 6-seater LSV is included, and the Prominence community pool is a short walk away.
The main level has the kitchen, dining area and living room, along with a laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer and a half bathroom. The kitchen has granite countertops, a gas cooktop, a built-in oven and a full-size refrigerator with an ice maker. The living room has a smart TV and a sofa that opens into a queen sleeper with a memory foam mattress.
Upstairs, the Primary Bedroom has a king bed and a private bathroom with a walk-in shower. Bedrooms 2 and 3 each have a queen bed and share a full bathroom with a tub/shower combination. The bedrooms have TVs, blinds and blackout curtains.
Outside there is a patio, a garage and driveway parking for 2 cars.
ABOUT PROMINENCE
Prominence's 5,000-square-foot resort-style community pool has cabanas, and the community also has fireplaces, grills, outdoor dining pavilions and an outdoor amphitheater that hosts concerts, movies and sports broadcasts. Across the street, The Big Chill has restaurants and activities, and Salt Air rents bikes, paddleboards, kayaks and pontoon boats. Seaside and Rosemary Beach are also nearby.
BEACH ACCESS
The closest beach access is Deer Lake State Park, about 0.5 miles west. It has a small parking area (about $3) and restrooms, and the walk from the parking area to the beach is a little longer than at other accesses. Alcohol is not allowed at the state park, and beach service is not available. Gulf Lakes, about 0.5 miles east, is a small Walton County access without parking, and Sea Breeze, just beyond it, has a shower but no parking or restrooms. To the west, Walton Dunes (about 2 miles, at the end of Beachfront Trail) has parking, and Santa Clara (about 3.5 miles, near Bramble Grove Road) has parking and restrooms.

Great location. Close to pool. Very nicely decorated. Well equipped. My only critiques are the beds aren't the most comfortable, the living room furniture needs a good steam cleaning as well as all the rugs. Overall a solid 4 out of 5 stars!

The house is fully stocked with everything you need! The ac temp was wonderful, and the beds were comfortable. This location is right as you pull into the community on first street on the right, so it was very convenient. Supplying the bikes and the golf cart was an added perk! We would most definitely book here again!

My husband and I decided to book a condo to celebrate my 30th birthday. Everything was great! Condo was clean and offered many amenities (golf cart, bikes, chairs for the beach) It was the perfect location and we could walk to the Big Chill. Pool was nice too! We have stayed at this property before and will continue to come back. Highly reccomend!

The property was nice, and the location was good, but communication with the property manager was terrible. We had issues with the hearing and cooling unit that made the entire stay very uncomfortable. Because it was the weekend, property management could not be bothered.
