ABOUT COASTING INN
Coasting Inn is a two-story, 3-bedroom, 2.5-bath Cozumel plan home in the Town of Prominence on 30A with sleeping for 8. With 10-foot ceilings, plenty of windows, a well-equipped kitchen and 3 bikes included with your stay, it makes an easy home base for enjoying Prominence's resort-style community pool, The Big Chill and nearby beach accesses.
The open living and dining areas are bright and spacious, with comfortable seating around the TV. The kitchen features GE appliances including a gas cooktop, a built-in oven and an oversized refrigerator with ice maker, plus an island with seating for 3. The dining table seats 6, and a half bath is also on the main floor.
All three bedrooms are upstairs. The Primary Bedroom has a king bed and a private bathroom with a double vanity and walk-in shower. Bedroom 2 has a queen bed, and Bedroom 3 has a twin-over-full bunk bed with a twin trundle; these two bedrooms share a hall bathroom with a tub/shower combination. A full-size washer and dryer are included.
HELPFUL NEIGHBORHOOD INFORMATION
The Town of Prominence offers a 5,000-square-foot resort-style community pool with cabanas, community grills, outdoor dining pavilions, community fireplaces and an outdoor amphitheater that hosts concerts, sporting events and movies on the lawn. The Big Chill serves everything from tacos and tequila to wings, burgers and shakes, and restaurants are within walking distance.
Deer Lake State Park, about 0.5 miles away, is the closest and most popular beach access. It has a small paid parking area and restrooms, but alcohol is not allowed and beach service is not available there. The Gulf Lakes public beach access, about 0.5 miles to the east, has no parking and makes an easy bike ride. Additional Walton County beach accesses include Walton Dunes (about 2 miles west), Santa Clara (about 3.5 miles west) and Sea Breeze (just past Gulf Lakes). - Parking is available for up to 4 vehicles: 2 in the two-car garage and 2 in the driveway. Street parking is not allowed.
- A golf cart is not included. Golf cart rentals are available from 30A Gulf Carts, the only outside vendor Prominence allows, on a first-come, first-served basis.

We absolutely loved our stay at coasting inn! It was perfect for my family of 4. We had two small things that needed fixing and they came right away! This home is very spacious and came with 5 beach chairs and an umbrella too! My son also enjoyed the toys to build a sand castle. We loved cruising on the bikes as well! We will def be back!

Loved the area and the beach. It wasn't too crowded. The beach is a bit further than I expected but it still wasn't bad. Condo was beautiful and clean except the carpet has seen better days in the bedrooms. Overall, would definitely stay here again and had the most fun we have had at the beach.

The floors were very dirty, lots of hair on the master bathroom floor. Master carpet has lots of stains.
The vacuum cleaner didn’t work very well so I bought a broom and left it at the property .
-The kitchen was well stocked.
-Beds we’re comfortable
-Tasteful decorations
-Pool was great as always
We could’ve used more towels and washcloths.
We we’re excited to see the bikes in the garage, but after looking closely most of them were in rough shape and unusable.
The property manager contacted me to inform us they were coming into the garage to do bike inventory mid way through the week, but they didn’t just do inventory, they took all the bikes and didn’t return them.
This was our 4th time staying in Prominence 30A, we’ve always had great experiences but the lack of cleanliness was tough this time.
Overall we enjoyed our stay and will come to the area again, but will look for a different unit next time.
