Hotel Lakeside

We really enjoyed our stay. The breakfast was excellent, and we enjoyed it very much. We also had dinner in the evening, and the food was amazing. The steak with chips and vegetables was cooked perfectly and tasted delicious. The dining area looked beautiful, and I especially liked the flowers on each table, which made the restaurant feel very welcoming and attractive. We enjoyed relaxing in our room with a beautiful view of the lake, and we even saw a helicopter flying overhead, which was a wonderful “wow” moment for us. Overall, we had a lovely experience and enjoyed the food, atmosphere, and hospitality. We stayed at the hotel for our 22nd anniversary and had a lovely experience, with special thanks to Abla for beautifully decorating the room with flowers, which made our stay very memorable and appreciated by us both. Haxhi gave me to Abla for 10 euro on her Tip and She is very smile and lovely friendly. We would like to say many thanks to Armend Qelaj for his kind service. He is clearly proud of his work at Lakeside Hotel. The hotel has a beautiful view of the lake, and the night lights with pink flowers on the tables made the atmosphere very relaxing and special. Sitting on the balcony and enjoying the natural surroundings was an amazing experience.

One concern was the location near the road. It was difficult to see traffic coming from the left and right sides, which did not feel very safe. It may be helpful to install additional road mirrors to improve visibility and safety for drivers and pedestrians. We noticed that the hotel has a large upstairs area. However, we feel there may be a safety risk for children, as it could be dangerous and there is a possibility of falling. We believe extra care should be taken for families with young children, and parents should be reminded to supervise their children closely at all times. It may also be helpful if the hotel provides clear safety information or guidance advising that the upstairs area may not be suitable for children unless closely supervised. We are sharing this feedback to help improve safety in the future, especially for families staying at the hotel. Thank you for your attention.

No water to drink! AC Leaking water, fridge wasn’t cooling at all, asked for replacement never got helped with it, my room NEVER GOT CLEANED, no toilet paper? what? very very bad breakfast no options, the waiters attitude was rude! No help with luggage at all.
