Shower backed up causing my fall, broke my phone.

Clean, quiet, well-organized, not crowded

Single-use sheets weren’t my thing. Felt like plastic, polyester, low-quality stuff. I didn’t sleep well in those.

Very comfortable stay. Tamara was super helpful and made me feel welcome. It’s a city albergue, but you still have space to wash and dry your clothes. I was very comfortable there! Only 1km from the cathedral!

- Prime location (about 20-min walk to the cathedral and old town and 30-min walk to the train and bus station; a grocery store nearby) - Privacy curtains, USB/socket charger and mini-lamp in the bed - Friendly and accommodating stuff - Relatively clean

- Disposable, ‘plastic’ sheets - Smelly (it smelled like the old rubber mats in the gym) in the room - The shower drain was blocked in the shower so when showering, you had to stand in the giant puddle of water (the water was pouring outside into the drain in the inner court yard) - The toilet and shower were basically ‘cubicles’ just outside the room and facing the inner yard so it gave no sense of privacy at all
