THOSTEL

Modern Albergue. Nice size rooms. Nice facilities, bathroom, showers, communal space, kitchen.

I and others did not get information on how to exit as we had to leave early before staff arrived. We had to figure out the exit by ourselves.

Staff, facilities, helpful reception and staff

Nothing

Location and view were Perfect. Premises lovely.

Beds which were very uncomfortable and obviously made for short term hostel stays, but charging Hotel prices. Breakfast was very Basic. Staff were inexperienced and took a long time to problem solve.

Plenty of hot water. Decent kitchen with big fridge, water kettle, air fryer and oven. No spoons to be found. Comfy beds.

Too far from the center. Shower was push-button on a short timer. The bathroom lights were motion activated and too frequently turned off in the middle of a shower or sitting on the toilet. Bathroom not cleaned properly. One evening I saw a staff member “clean” the sink area with her bare hands. No disinfectant. Gross! The guy behind the desk was grumpy at times. People took my food, both from the fridge and a cabinet. Laundry lines indoor, so took forever to dry. Bathrooms down a flight of stairs. Inconvenient if you have to get up in the middle of the night.
