Angelina Studios

The apartment was beautiful, spacious and more than enough for us two, with a lovely large terrace. Everything was exceptionally clean, as the apartment was cleaned every day. The location is also fantastic, surrounded by nature and up on the hill, so it is incredibly peaceful and quiet, with birds being practically the only thing you hear. The family who owns the property was very kind and welcoming, which made the stay even nicer. We actually really enjoyed staying here rather than directly in town, since the bus makes it very easy and quick to get to the city. Overall, a lovely place and we would happily stay here again!

Extremely clean. Nice balcony and views. Pool fabulous.

The walk up the hill. The noisy air-conditioning.

The restaurants and beach in relatively close proximity. The pool. The daily cleaning (there was a distinct difference in standard of what we believe were 2 cleaners during our stay)

The accommodation is pretty tired; needs some updating. Pretty inflexible-No diving in the pools is understandable but no jumping (where’s the fun for the children?). None of the parasols at the side of the pool were for use (we were advised they were broken). Only one main parasol over 2 loungers available on the side of the bar (which seemed to be used most of the time by close friends of the owner Mack). To be honest, our stay felt like an imposition. I asked for a checkout of 12 noon but then told had to be 10 as 12 noon was check in for new guests, despite information in the room stating an 11am checkout and 3pm check in.
