Best vacation ever! We will definitely be back next year. We love Skiathos and the location of Kolios View hotel was perfect for us. Upon our arrival, we received warm welcome from the reception lady, keys and big complimentary bottle of water each, which was very thoughtful. Despite being the lunch time our rooms were ready and we didn't have to wait for the rooms at all, such a pleasant surprise! Even more, Mrs. Argiro came with her car and helped us with our luggage up the hill to the top building which was very kind of her. We felt really appreciated and well taken care of. We had two beautiful rooms, really spacious, clean, lots of storage, big shower, small kitchenette equipped with basic utensils. My mother appreciated the electric kettle to make her morning coffee. The view from the balcony was really beautiful. We liked the surroundings, lots of fruit trees everywhere and overall nature. Breakfast was served next to the reception and the swimming pool, such a treat to eat your breakfast with a nice view everyday, miss those. We had two options to choose from, but always went for the bread roll with ham and cheese, butter, jam, piece of fruit (usually red melon or honeydew), hard-boiled eggs, orange juice and coffee or tea. Always tasteful, perfect start of the day. Breakfast was served right to our table by the lovely staff member which was very convenient, no need to wait in the line and wait. Very fast too. We spent 10 wonderful days exploring the island, went to two boat trips, relaxed at the beach and ate lots of great local food. We came back home nicely recharged and tanned:) On the last day of our stay, Mrs. Argiro was once again so kind and let us keep one room until 1 p.m. and even helped us with our luggage down the hill by her car to the bus stop which was huge help for us. The steep hill was something to get used to, but the location, friendly staff, beautiful rooms and the view are well worth it.

Ottima la posizione e la vista spettacolare, belle le camere, che sono dei monolocali alla fine. Personale accogliente e sorridente.

La colazione era senza scelta ed ogni mattina sempre uguale, decisa e portata dalla struttura e peraltro la domenica non si poteva fare, cosa che però non è menzionata da nessuna parte e lo si scopre alla struttura. Avrei gradito che ci fosse qualche variante e la possibilità anche di scegliere qualche bevande calda in più, rispetto al solo the caldo o al caffe americano diciamo...I cuscini erano scomodi, alcuni anche duri.. la pulizia effettuata ogni 2 giorni bisognerebbe farla un pochino meglio nel bagno e rifornire l'unico sapone che viene fornito per lavarsi le mani e il corpo. In fine basterebbe cambiare i cuscini e qualche accorgimento in più alla colazione e alla pulizia effettuata ogni due giorni andrebbe anche bene purché poi fosse svolta bene.
