The views and the landlord! Very friendly, and amazing cleaning services. They changes the bathroom towel daily.

The Villa is located so close to local beaches, but is just as easy to take the bus which is located right outside the complex to get to beaches located on other sides of the island. You have access to local shops which can also deliver your groceries right on the doorsteps of the villa, which is incredibly helpful given that you need to climb a bit to get to the room. The host, Teo, was very nice and helpful and offered to pick us up from the airport and take us back, on the day of our departure and he made sure we had a comfortable stay. The room is big enough for 2 people, or even a couple with a kid and you have everything you need in order to prepare a quick meal. I highly recommend Villa Teozenia for the location, closeness to the beach, proximity to local transporation, the restaurants and the kindness of the owner. Also, the sunrises from the balcony are just AMAZING.

Everything was perfect!

Το δωμάτιο ήταν αυτό που θέλαμε. Άνετο, με κουζινάκι, μεγάλο μπαλκόνι, θέα στη θάλασσα και τα νησιά και πολλή ησυχία! Καθαρό, λειτουργικό και σε λογική τιμή.

Κάποιος πρέπει να λάβει υπόψη του τους εξής περιορισμούς για να μην εκπλαγεί: - η πρόσβαση γινεται απο εναν στενό και πολύ ανηφορικό δρόμο. Είναι σχεδόν απαραίτητο το μεταφορικό μέσο και υπάρχει μεγάλο πάρκινγκ επάνω. - τα δωμάτια δεν ειναι ανακαινισμένα ωστόσο όλα είναι λειτουργικά. - την περίοδο που πήγα υπήρχε κάποιο πρόβλημα με το wifi. Η σύνδεση στο διαδίκτυο ηταν πολύ ασταθής οπότε χρησιμοποιούσα το 5G. - η πρόσβαση στην παραλία Αχλαδιές είναι μάλλον δύσκολη οποτε δεν προσπαθησα να παω. Εχει άλλες υπέροχες παραλίες το νησι σε απόσταση λίγων λεπτών.
