Villa Xanthippi

Con mia moglie abbiamo soggiornato per una settimana in questa splendida struttura, alloggiando in un monolocale con angolo cottura e con una meravigliosa vista sulla piscina. La proprietaria è fantastica: sempre presente, disponibile e attenta a ogni dettaglio, ma al tempo stesso molto discreta. Cura la struttura con estremo garbo e tanto amore. La pulizia giornaliera dell'alloggio è impeccabile: i letti vengono rifatti alla perfezione ogni giorno (tranne la domenica), la camera è dotata di ogni comfort, tra cui un'ottima e stabile connessione Wi-Fi. L'ambiente è un’oasi di pace, ideale per chi cerca il giusto compromesso tra il divertimento dell'isola e il massimo relax. La posizione è eccellente, trovandosi vicinissimo alle spiagge di Kolios e Agia Paraskevi e circa 15 minuti dal centro di Skiathos. Un grande valore aggiunto è la presenza del parcheggio privato per l'auto, una comodità assolutamente non scontata a Skiathos. In sintesi, ci si sente davvero a casa e si sta divinamente. Consigliatissimo!!!

Die Unterkunft ist außergewöhnlich sauber, die Handtücher wurden alle zwei Tage gewechselt und auch die Bettwäsche wurde regelmäßig gewechselt und roch sehr gut. Die Frau, die sich vor Ort um alles kümmert war super lieb und aufmerksam. Direkt bei Ankunft gab sie uns Tipps, wo man günstig einkaufen kann und welche Strände empfehlenswert sind. Unser Apartment war mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht - es gab sogar Kräuter, Salz und Zucker. Die Unterkunft ist sehr gepflegt und auch der Pool wurde stets gereinigt. Auch die Lage ist sehr gut, wir konnten alle Orte sehr gut mit dem Mietwagen erreichen und es gab ausreichende Parkmöglichkeiten direkt an der Unterkunft.

Das WLAN ist nicht besonders gut und der Weg hoch zur Unterkunft ist sehr steil, dafür liegt die Unterkunft aber schön ruhig.

This is a small villa with only 6 apartments in and it is so clean. We stayed in a split level over looking the pool which was so roomy for 2 people. The bed was huge and so comfortable. There were lots of pots and pans and other equipment to cook. There was also washing up liquid and cloths but no body wash. There are 3 different types of coffee makers and if we wpuld gave known we would have taken some ground coffee. Kindly xanthippi gave us some. As many other reviewers say this is up a steep hell so if you have problems walking it is not for you but if you are fit and able the view is amazing. Highly recommended i would definitely stay here again

Villa Xantihippi ist schön gelegen und hat eine wunderbare Aussicht, weil es an einem Hügel steht. Es ist ein sehr ruhiger Ort mit gepflegten Blumen und hat einen Garten mit einem wunderschönen Pool mit Sonnenbetten und Sonnenschirmen. Hilfe ist immer sofort zur Stelle. Alles was ich benötigt habe war vorhanden. Auskünfte zu Restaurants, Stränden und Mietwagen waren alle sehr gut und hilfreich. Anreise und Abreise war hervorragend.

Mir hat alles sehr gut gefallen. Es war wie eine wunderschöne Oase nach dem Besuch vom geschäftigen Ort oder heißem Strand. Ich bin gerne auf der Terrasse gesessen oder habe den Pool genutzt.
