About this villa rental
One of the largest villas on the island set in mature gardens with private swimming pool, located 2 minutes walk from Kolios beach. A 10 minute drive from Skiathos town. A bright and spacious villa set over 2 floors with the bedrooms located on the ground floor. Most bedrooms have external doors opening out on to a shaded ground floor terrace or the lawned garden. There is also a small living room on the ground floor. The main living area is situated on the first floor with spacious kitchen, dining and living areas, opening out on to a 1000sqft terrace with fantastic views of the beach, Kolios bay and the mountains beyond. Perfect for large adult groups or families with children.
Daily maid service included in rental fee.
Local taxes payable in cash on arrival:
- Climate resilience tax 15 euros per group per night.
- Residence tax 10 euros per night.

The villa was lovely Lynette who looked after us was an added bonus helping us throughout our holiday in a great location to get to thr bus stop

We were given a very warm welcome by our host Lynette, and were delighted to find fabulous facilities at this beautiful villa, including the pool, which the children could not wait to try out. The beautiful views from the terrace are stunning and the garden is immaculate. The beach is just a few minutes walk away with food, drinks and sunbeds available, also water sports equipment can be hired. Very good eating establishments in the immediate area included The Infinity Blue Restaurant ,The Cocktail Bar, The Diamond Taverna, and The Crazy Rooster, where we had had a very enjoyable 'Greek night'. There is a regular bus service from the end of the road, which we used a few times even though we had hire cars. A boat trip to Skopolos and Lalaria Beach was a highlight. We all managed the steps up to the Mama Mia chapel! This property was ideal for our family trip, very clean and with lots of space, and we would love to stay here again.

we all spent a super week at Villa Asteri
Villa was well equipped and plenty of room for the 10 of us.
The beautiful terrace and view over Kolios bay was amazing .
Had everything we wanted to make our stay so enjoyable and we all did not want to leave this lovely home.

Villa Asteri is a beautiful place to spend a holiday in Skiathos.
It is well appointed and has plenty of kitchen equipment for cooking at home. The beds are comfortable and have mosquito nets although we saw few indoors.
The pool area is fab and the pool bar next door is very welcoming. The restaurant next door was also very good. Buses are close by and transport was easy if you don't want to hire a car.
We had a super holiday!
