    Everything are fine Only that this Ronald house has charged for housekeeping 😓😩 We stayed 6 nights, we need to clean up ourselves.

    Grubby, tired rooms with furnishings that look they come from a charity shop. The sofa bed was rock hard buttoned leather design - we had to ask for a duvet to put on top of mattress to make it bearable. Door handle in master bedroom wasn’t attached and locked me in first night! The laundry was broken. No basics provided, tea/coffee etc. Floors needed cleaning … all in all would not recommend but maybe that’s what you get in London for the money. Would rather pay more and feel comfortable and clean though.
