Easy to find and check in with Monica was really easy. Breakfast is across the piazza at Covent Garden which was great to grab a coffee and pastry to start the day. There was also a basket in the room with fruit juice and brioche and water in the fridge. If you needed any tea and coffee, there were supplies in the hallway/reception area. WiFi was easy to log on to. A decent hairdryer in the bathroom and a few bathroom essentials such as shower gel were provided (although I didn't need them so can't comment on them). Lovely, clean and comfy room and I also had a view of the sea which was lovely to wake up to (even in January). Would definitely book again if I'm back in the area.
The air con settings were a bit hit a miss, a user guide would be handy but I figured it out in the end. Also, I reported that the TV didn't seem to be working in my room but this wasn't an issue as I didn't really need it.

Such a great place! Probably one of the most spotless I’ve ever seen, fantastic engagement and interaction with the host, great value for money and a perfect location - we will definitely visit again and I will recommend to everyone- a perfect escape 🫶☘️

The room is very well fourbished, and the B&B is run by a very friendly and helpful lady.
The location is extremely noisy (even when closing the window) - the whole night, motorbikes drove around the house, making enormous noise. In addition, the house is poorly soundproofed, so that you can here your neighbors quite well.
