Remodeled bathrooms and kitchen with reversed floor plan to maximize views that includes a main floor primary bedroom w/king bed & en-suite bathroom. Lower level with 2 bedrooms and atrium. 1 bedroom w/ 2 queen beds and smart TV for streaming of TV through your own Netflix / Hulu etc. account. 1 bedroom w/2 sets of bunk beds (twin over full & twin over twin) and TV set up for Wi-Fi streaming so you can use your own Netflix / Hulu accounts. Extended 2 car garage. Covered, private hot tub with view of the Continental Divide. Multiple composite decks, large bathrooms and open concept living area.
Winter Park Resort is just 7.9 miles away so you can enjoy it with family. The FREE resort shuttle will drop you off right in the middle of the resort base village which includes the lifts for skiing/boarding/mountain biking, snow tubing, hiking, ice skating, shopping, dining, scheduled entertainment, and other attractions including several summer activities. The swimming pool and gym are just 3.4 miles away at the Grand Park Rec Center with multiple swimming pools, a waterslide, full gym with indoor track, huge rock climbing wall, gymnasium, and children's playground. The Foundry is next door to the Rec Center with a bowling alley, movie theater and brick oven pizza bar. Safeway grocery store is 1.5 miles away at Fraser the town of Fraser.

Lovely home with stunning view. Plenty of towels and amenities. The only thing I wished that was available would be detergent to wash our clothes. Other than that, it was perfect!

The house would be perfect for winter. We stayed in the summer, and it was a bit hot not having AC. It would have been nice if they had air flowing through the house before we arrived to cool it down, but it was over 80 degrees when we arrived and took forever to cool off. The communication was excellent and accommodating.
