Enjoy breathtaking views of Byers Peak from this spacious 5-bedroom + loft, 4.5-bath home in Fraser, conveniently close to town amenities, the ski area, and the bus route. The open living, dining, and kitchen area boasts floor-to-ceiling windows, high ceilings, and ample space for your family. The updated kitchen features cherry cabinets, granite countertops, and easy access to the side deck with a BBQ grill. Additionally, the main deck offers a generous outdoor dining area, perfect for gatherings.
As you enter through the main door, stairs lead you to the primary room, living room, and garage. The beautiful primary room awaits with a King bed, a Jetted hot tub, a spacious walk-in closet, a shower, and a toilet, all accompanied by large windows showcasing scenic views. Descending the stairs from the primary room, you'll discover another set of stairs leading to the loft, featuring a King bedroom with an en-suite bathroom. On the main level, you'll find a sizable living room with a TV, a large sofa, and a coffee table, along with access to a spacious balcony. The main level also boasts a well-equipped kitchen and a dining table for 8, with a door to the balcony hosting the BBQ grill, as well as a convenient half bathroom in the hallway. On the lower level, four bedrooms and two bathrooms await. The first bedroom features two twin beds, while the second room offers a King bed with a walk-in closet and a door to the hot tub and access to a hall bathroom. The third room presents a Full over Full bunk bed (updated pictures coming soon), and just across the hall, the fourth room has a twin over twin bunk bed, with a full bathroom located in the hall between these two bedrooms.
To ensure an extra clean sleeping experience, this property utilizes the Triple Sheet Method, where two sheets encase the comforter, and the sheet-made duvet cover is washed between each and every guest.
This home includes an over-sized heated, two-car garage with room to store bicycles, and a laundry room. Guests are kindly asked to provide their own detergents.

The Grand Park Rec Center, located 2.9 miles away, offers multiple swimming pools, a waterslide, a full gym with an indoor track, a huge rock climbing wall, a gymnasium, and a children's playground. Adjacent to the Rec Center, The Foundry provides additional entertainment with a bowling alley, movie theater, and brick oven pizza bar.

We had a nice stay here. The property was a bit more dated than the pictures appear. The kitchen was wonderfully stocked for a family that actually cooks meals while on vacation. But there were a number of areas that could have been cleaner - bugs in corners, dust on shelves, stuff behind an end table we had to move - the beds and bathrooms were clean and comfortable though. One bunk did have a slightly loose rail but I still felt comfortable with my 6 year old sleeping up there. That trundle also stuck a little and didn't want to go all the way back in The loft was basically unusable due to the low ceilings and lack of air conditioning. We are a pretty tall group but even my 10 year old daughter had to duck to get into the loft shower. The lack of AC was fine for the rest of the house because you could open up windows and get a nice cross breeze. We enjoyed the hot tub and it was easily accesed both for a downstairs bedroom and down the front steps of the house. Contact with the host was pleasant and it was really nice how they asked if they could come out and mow rather than just sending someone.

This property is absolutely gorgeous. Quiet area and plenty wildlife sightings. The management company was very responsive and absolutely wonderful to deal with. We will definitely try to come back. Thank you

Great location with easy access to nearby activities and attractions. The house itself has a vintage charm but is in need of serious maintenance and updates. While it works for a small group or short stay, I would not recommend it for larger groups due to space and upkeep issues.
