The location is absolutely perfect! The views are amazing too and the bed is comfy! The host replies very quickly and efficiently and fixes any problems you have fast!
We wasn’t aware from the pictures or descriptions that the kitchenette is shared with 4 other apartments! So lots of people using it outside our room and the same with the balcony.
I woke up to the air-con leaking on the bed next to my pillow and the remote is very temperamental due to the batteries popping out

Lovely location, great ac, no noise and comfy bed! The host was super friendly and nice
The shower had some issues with drainage the water didn’t go down. Wifi didn’t work at all

The manager, Filip, was lovely and helped out with all problems. He also let us use the washing machine. Kitchen and terrace area a plus. The location and host responsiveness are the BEST thing about this property.
The wifi was not working for a long time, and there is an odd system to access it. However, Filip was very responsive and helpful through it. The only real problem is that a lot of doors and windows are broken but it is not unsafe.

Filip greeted us when we arrived in Budva. He was very friendly and easy to contact if we needed him. He helped us out when our door key broke and gave us a copy/spare.
We were only staying for one night in Budva old town which was enough time to explore the area.
The apartment itself was clean and comfortable, with a balcony view.
Unfortunately, there was mould in the apartment on the wall by the bed and broken windows that don't open. This place is ok for a night's stay in a comfortable bed, but no longer. The mould and lack of ventilation was the downside of it all.
Overall, the host was nice and the location of the apartment is ideal due to being by the entrance of the old town. The apartment could do with a little TLC.
