The apartment was perfectly located in the heart of the Old Town, in a very charming area, ideal for exploring Budva. The host was very communicative and tried his best to accommodate our requests, which we really appreciated.

There was quite a lot of humidity, especially in the bathroom. If you didn’t leave the windows open, the apartment would develop a strong odor, making it uncomfortable at times. Heating was also an issue — despite the air conditioner being on, the whole apartment didn’t warm up properly. We found it difficult to stay for more than one night because of this.

Amazing location and staff, everything is within easy reach.

The whole room needs renovation. It was slightly moldy and there were spider webs on the ceiling. The towels were torn. The bed wasn’t comfortable.

The location in the old town was fantastic, and the host provided detailed instructions on how to find the apartment.

The apartment itself was fine and functional, but the condition of the shared communal areas on the top floor was not great.

The location

Honestly given a 6 because the host did a discount. When we arrive the apartment was very dirty. We checked under the bed and there were used tissues!! Disgusting. The towels had a weird smell, to take a shower was a torture, and when we arrived the bed sheet did not cover all the bed! Honestly the location does not compensate the conditions that it has. Thank fully we only stayed 2 nights. Please change your cleaning team.

Great location for one night

The location is amazing within the old town. Only one floor up. Convenient check in and check out. Bed was ok. Has blinds outside the windows, a fridge and a sofa bed too. The host was great at communicating. A roof terraze is available.

Wifi did not work. It smelled (hopefully temporary), and it is dark and not too cozy. We stayed in another old town in Montenegro and got a very different experience. But still it is a prime location in Budva for an ok price compared to others in high season, and host tried to sort out the issues.

The location was great and it was good value for the money if the water had not been shut off.

The location was superb, right in old town. Especially for the price, it was a good place to sleep for a night and see old town Budva.

Rooms were not as expected. Quite old and the bathroom needed some work. The worst part was the water was shut off the next morning. We were unable to shower, brush our teeth or wash our face.

Disappointing say dispute great location

The property is in old town. The location is great there is no issues there. The owner allowed to my check out late.

Unfortunately, my stay fell short of expectations. There were no tea or coffee facilities in the room, and although I was told I could use the rooftop kitchen, there was only a kettle and a single tea bag—no coffee available. The room did have a pleasant lounge area, but the bed was uncomfortable, the pillows were lumpy and had a strong scent of someone else’s perfume or aftershave. The shower had visible mould, the soap dispenser was empty, and there were ants throughout the room—I could even feel them crawling on me at times. The listing mentions soundproofing, but I can confirm this was not the case during my stay. That said, the property has great potential thanks to its location. I would suggest the owner spend a night or two in the room themselves to experience it from a guest’s perspective. As it stands, I wouldn’t recommend this property without significant improvements.

Amazing old town location, hassle free check in & out. Overall I liked it because of convenience of getting around.

We stayed at top floor apartment. Washroom is slightly old, shower room had some cracks but again no issues with use. Perfect for couples or solo travelers.

Exceptional Room, perfect for last minute booking!!

Huge room, Balcony is amazing and Kitchen is good! Was actually cheaper to stay here than a hostel and for the comfort and space I'd choose this every time. Location in the Old Town is so much better than anywhere else in Budva - parking was a nightmare 20ish minutes walk away in main city but that's just Budva and we didn't want to pay, we didn't know what we were doing and we turned up very late. I didn't have any data on my phone, so without a main reception it was a little difficult, but in all fairness we booked quite late in the evening on WiFi, and then left to find the Google marker immediately. After we got lost and back on WiFi at a nearby café there was extensive instructions sent to us on WhatsApp... So we're the idiots really.

Luggage storage was just behind a desk in the hall, so it felt a tad unsafe to leave it there but it was fine. No physical main reception.

Not very enjoyable

Location

Received an email when I booked stating that I would receive lockbox info and Apartment Number before I arrived. I did not receive this and the owner was unavailable to talk on the phone. I was having trouble with my phones esim so this was really frustrating. Ended up taking 30 minutes to get in. The place could have been cleaner, mold on the shower walls and one of the sheets was dirty. The remote for the heater did not work and it was freezing. Finally had to push the button on the Heater which was way up high. The main bed is very springy and uncomfortable. The living room pull out couch is more comfortable. There is no dining table in the apartment, only a small kitchen upstairs 2 levels that is shared. Last the WIFI was very spotty at best.

Extremely rude attitude from personnel. Worst experience ever.

My worst experience in booking. As it was difficult to reach the host and there was no exact address indicated in the description, I ended up spending half an hour looking for the place in the old town - there was no communication from the host, no sign of the place outside, no exact address in description, absolutely nothing. There is no reception and the host contacted me in whatsapp (without giving the address) after 16 o'clock while check in started from 14:00. The girl that came to meet me (Alexandra) was extremely rude and tried to scam me. Although I didn't say a word about the difficulties incurred she said "she didn't like my face" and before we got to the flat she was forcing me to cancel the flat because in her words she didn't want "the flat to have negative vibe". It was a very bad situation for me as a guest. Besides feeling unsafe and stressed in this situation I would also end up paying the cancellation cost without having a place to stay. I refused to cancel the booking myself as she was the one having the problem with "my face" and as result she "kindly" allowed me to check in. Fortunately, I stayed just one night. The flat itself doesn't really have a kitchen and has some renovation, cleanliness problems. One of the walls and sockets in the living room suffered from water leaking, there is also mold in the bathroom. There are plenty of nice flats and hosts in Budva. I do not recommend this place.

Great run property with a very pleasant host. They will literally answer you request day or night. The location of the apartment (hearth of the Old Town) makes this a perfect place for exploring Budva. Very reasonable price for what will you get.

Alexandra ❤️(owner) was gorgeous. Before we arrive she located us about everything(even free parking area.). when i asked something about places or shopping she advised us pointly 🤗❤️place is exactly in the old town. when you sit in the terrace you see all the old towns roofs. room was clean. only wifi connection is litte low but its not so important. if we come again Budva this is my first choice! thank you Alexandra 🤗
