Die Lage ist topp, sehr gute Sicht über den alten Hafen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Parkplätze unten im Gebäude. Viele Museen direkt vor der Nase.
Die Stadt selbst ist nicht so interessant.

Sehr gute Ausstattung, liebevolle Einrichtung, sehr sauber. Die Lahe ist sehr zentral, zum Deich und Wasser, Erlebnis und Aktivitäten, sowie ausgiebige Shoppingmöglichkeiten. Der Vermieter ist freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Parkmöglichkeiten sind gut, aber teuer.
