Lage ist super da gibt es nichts zu meckern
Keine Verdunklungsmöglichkeiten vor allem im Kinderzimmer problematisch. Fenster so gut wie kein Geräuschschutz. Regenfallrohr hörbar da direkt im Bereich der Wohnung und Abwasserrohre gluckern wenn Wohnungen darüber Duschen und Wäsche waschen. Intensität der Dusche lässt sich nicht einstellen. Da es Wohnung im EG ist, ist der Wasserdruck am höchsten, es ist unangenehm zu duschen und das Bad wird geflutet.
