Conveniently located to beach

Nice to have parking on site and delicious breakfast outside bedroom. Appreciated restaurant recommendation which was very good. Short walk to the beach. Great to have kettle so we could enjoy a cuppa tea.

Plug on wall loose so needs tightening. Would like to have option of American coffee rather than expresso.

The host failed to accommodate me, claiming at the last minute that all rooms were overbooked.

The host refused and canceled my booking request because I asked for a checkout at 11:00. He said that no other guests had complained and that everyone usually checks out by 9:30. In my opinion, expecting guests to leave so early is unreasonable (why not ask them to leave at 6 a.m. then?), and responding by immediately claiming that all rooms are booked is not the right approach. A warmer, more understanding attitude is needed. This is not how a host should behave, and it is not customer-oriented to get upset like a child just because I requested a later checkout. Please think twice before coming here, as the attitude is not clean here.

Completely overpriced for what it offers

The check in was lovely, the host treated me to coffee and home made rakia. The size of the place was quite decent and the wifi worked well.

The tv didn't work, the location is basically in the slums of the city and, I extended for 1 more night and got a rude awakening as the host was banging on the door at 10:30, even though the check out is at 12:00. I still needed to pay for the extra night, but there's ways to behave. That was absolutely disgusting behavior in my opinion. And to be honest, this place is basically completely overpriced as I found a much (and I mean, MUCH!) better appertment in the city for the same price!

The owners were very nice, provided parking and welcomed us very well. Despite not speaking much English, the owner made the effort through Google translate to explain everything. The breakfast provided was delicious. The apartment is very clean and confortable. Thank you

Very good location, the room was new and had excellent facilities. The host was super kind! Also it had free parking. No need to go out with car to go to Lungomare.

The room was small,but perfect for a couple,but still the villa had other rooms that were perfect for families.

Superb

Big family resort in the middle of the "garden" district. Not easy to find, but worth it. Plenty of private parking spaces, nice rooms. The owners are lovely, but does not speak any foreign language - Google translator helps. Best value for the money.

Check what you're given.

The place is clean and bed is comfortable. Location is quiet and around 10 mins walk to the local beach. A bit far from centre but can walk. Good fish restaurant on the road behind the beach.

Communication from the owner was disappointed. Was given the different room type. As I had a long day and arrived late. Didn't realise to double check the room I booked and what I received, partly because it never happened to us and also we're very tired. Realised later at night before bed. So I messaged the owner but in his defence l, he gave the newer room and put back to me as why I don't say anything when arrive. He also convinced it's all the same (even though pictures and price aren't the same). The eay he responded, I shortly realised he didn't want to rectify and make any positive progress. As it's the first place to stay in the country I decided not to spend more time in the next morning to find him and potentially enter argument and spoiled the day, I decided to stay in the smaller room I got and carry on to had a good holiday. The owner has never contact me back in attempt to show me the 1 bedroom apartment that he's so sure I don't want to see or stay in it and the large double room he gave was better option. Not impressed and will suggest everyone if you book, make sure you check room type and check every single thing listed/advertise. I'm not convinced the owner is honest.

Superb

Very nice place close to the beach and within walking distance to the centre of Vlora. The hosts are very friendly and helpful. We ordered a breakfast and it was absolutely delicious so fully recommend to do that! The apartment is quite big and comfortable and the terrace is very nice.

The bathroom is quite small so there is water on the toilet when you are taking a shower. It would be also nice to have some very basic supplies in the kitchen like salt, pepper, oil. But those are small things that didn't influence the comfort of our stay

The owners are very kind would drive us into the city and to the old town even though the villa is close to the bus route.they insisted on serving us free of charge This place is great for families has it has the courtyard is gated which allows young children to run around the courtyard safe from traffic. We had a very pleasant 12 day stay at the villa which has 6 apartments and would highly recommend this place to my friends has value for money

Really good value for money. Very nice, friendly and kind hosts. Had my laundry done and I was trying to give a payment but they didn't accept it.l (thank you very much for that!). You get a whole apartment and a balcony/ terrace for a very fair price.

The owners are so kind and humble! They received me so well. The room was really good, clean and had a very comfortable bed. Location is only good if you have a car (they have a private park too). The breakfast was good too. I will definitely come back and stay there again!

The apartment is very comfortable. It was also bigger than we expected. The wifi worked well and the kitchen equipment makes it possible to cook. The wifi worked well. The staff is also very friendly. Good value for money

The location is the only real downside about this apartment as it’s a little far from popular places in Vlorë. However, we didn’t mind and it’s also possible to rent bikes from the owner. Some little additions we would make is a bigger trashcan for the kitchen since there is only one small trashcan in the bathroom and some more cleaning equipment so it would be easier to do dishes.

we loved it so much, that we came back a second time. the owners are super friendly and nice and welcoming. they even bring us some tea when my friends felt sick. couldn’t be more thankful and happy. the little apartments are super cozy and comfortable. thank you!

Overall the hotel was quite good. The rooms were big and clean. Furthermore it was extremely cheap.
