Lovely and clean. Sheets smelt like they were just out of the wash.
Nice little touch that there was a hot chocolate and shortbread on arrival.
Friendly owners.
Shower was fast and really warm. Lovely.
Nice seating area outside (as we had gorgeous weather)
Only a couple of minor improvements....mainly all doors 😂
The bathroom door was so squeaky, it woke us all up if someone went to the loo in the night.
The main cabin door was really difficult to lock.
The gate to the drive was almost impossible to pull open. They're all minor things that wouldn't take long to sort out, and didn't majorly impact our stay.
I'd also recommend a little radio or device. Just to have on in the background, so you can't hear your neighbours.

The location is great either by car or bus
The cabin was clean and had a great feel.
Where it is is very hidden which for me was absolutely great
There are lots of burns within a short walk and the scenery is fab! I walked everyday!
Owners were very lovely and welcoming
I would like even a hot plate as I am vegan and like prepare my own food and I don’t use microwave so even a toaster oven would do.
A wee shelving would be nice to put your clothes on.

The location was good for getting us in and out of Inverness
The door did not lock, the children were unable to open and close the door freely as it kept jamming. The sound from the neighbour cabin was very loud there appeared to be no soundproofing.
