WELCOME TO PARADISE! We have a view of the bay from our front door, Master Bedroom private balcony has a great view of the bay also and we are located near everything Panama City Beach has to offer. Pier Park, St. Andrews State Park & Marina, Frank Brown Park, Ms Newbys brews & booze, Pineapple Willie’s, shopping, restaurants, golf, deep sea fishing charters. Parking for 4 vehicles. Motorcycles welcome!
Fully stocked kitchen, washer/dryer, dishwasher and all the comforts of home! Grab your beach towels and chairs and hit the beach!
It's easy walk to white sandy beaches less than a mile away (beach access #12) 3 min. drive to Richard Seltzer park. Or, if you love boating and fishing, use one of the 4 public boat ramps located on the highly desirable S Lagoon Dr. and enjoy your day on the water. Boat and jet ski rentals nearby or bring your own!
Roku television with hundreds of channels available, wireless internet, 2 comfortable queen beds and a comfortable queen sleeper sofa.

The condo was convenient to Front Beach road and many of the restaurants and attractions. However, the neighborhood was a mix of nice homes and some pretty rundown homes, including vehicles on blocks, etc. Everything in the condo was in working order, but it does need to repairs/updates. Overall, enjoyable stay and the owners were very friendly and responsive to questions, etc.

We spent a long weekend at the Holiday Beach House in mid April 2022. The stairs in the house can be a challenge but they can also keep you in shape during your stay (smile). The Dooley’s were very easy to work with, as we had a little one day adjustment on our stay that caused no problem. The house is clean and well equipped. We always felt safe. We would stay at the Beach House again if we had the opp.
