Closeness to the beach. LOVED the Outside shower to rinse off sand after being at the beach. Nice quiet location away from the busyness. The separate outdoor space for kids to play was very nice and air conditioned. It was nicely decorated and air conditioning worked great! Nice shower pressure for inside and outside showers.
TV’s wouldn’t connect to internet no matter the password given. The stackable dryer was hard to reach and see which setting it was on (I’m 5’1”). The water lines are backwards for hot and cold. The king sized bed needs a new mattress and the sofa bed is needing replaced as it is not comfortable either. The stackable washer needs cleaned as it was moldy and mildewy inside.

It was a cute little house! Big enough for our party of 7. They do a great job of having clean, sand free floors. The outdoor shower was great after the beach because we could have two people showering at once. The game room kept our kids entertained. The kitchen was big enough for us to invite friends over for a fish fry from our fresh caught adventure.
One of the chairs has some metal sticking out and it scratched our daughter. Im not too worried about it, she has her tetanus vaccine. But just an FYI for the owners.
