Beautifully appointed beach bungalow w/ plenty of parking for boat. Steps to beach or boat ramp to bay but no steps to climb to house. Private backyard Tiki bar with fenced back yard and grill and fish cleaning sink. Fully appointed kitchen. Special pricing for monthly rental during off peak season. Rollaway bed Sleeps 9. Golf cart available as an option; price depends on length of stay but a fraction of the cost to rent at an off site agency.

Everything was perfect. Great location to the beach. Loved having use of the golf cart. House had everything you needed to make meals. Location was close to shops and restaurants that we liked to go to. Loved being able to bring our puppy with us. Chris Greene responded quickly to all my questions. He is a great host and would stay in any of his rentals the next time we are there in PCB.

The best place we’ve stayed while vacationing at the beach. Perfect house for us and perfect location to everything. We walked to the beach everyday. Listing is accurate, pricing is great, very clean. Great communication with the host. It was nice to have access to a beach wagon and towels. We WILL be staying here again when we come back to PCB. Ready to recommend to everyone. Definitely a “home away from home”

Loved the house and the location. Perfect size for all of us. The covered back and front was great! Also the golf cart was a plus. Best part was the host being in close contact the entire time! Loved everything!!!
