About this apartment rental
Welcome to our little paradise, in the heart of the Golf of St Tropez, between vineyards and sea, 2min walk from the shops of the Croix Valmer, in a secure luxury condominium full of greenery with swimming pool, come and spend your next holiday with us.
We fell in love with this apartment, located on the 1st floor (without elevator). It has a large corner terrace on which you can enjoy your meals and aperitifs.
It is ideal for 5 people 1 bedroom with double bed 160, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds of 90 that can make a double bed and a bunk bed with sleeping 80*190, a very bright living room with open kitchen and sofa, TV, fully equipped kitchen, oven, microwave, dishwasher, hob, filter coffee + Nespresso capsule, kettle, toaster. Bathroom with bathtub and washing machine, hair dryer. Air conditioning. Secure outdoor parking, non-private space.
A free shuttle service 2 minutes walk from the residence will allow you to go to the magnificent landing and gigaro beaches from June to September, without having to take your car. Many marked paths start from the village of La Croix Valmer, whether you are on foot or by bike.
Aurore from the company "la petite conciergerie" will welcome you, make the inventory of fixtures on arrival and departure. Don't hesitate to ask her for advice on the region, she's a local!!
Cleaning is included and is carried out by a company after each rental, but we thank you for returning the apartment to us in a correct condition.
Bed linen and towels included in July and August.
Possibility of rental in low season, rate on request.

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans cet appartement qui a tenu toutes ses promesses : propre, en très bon état, bien meublé et très bien équipé. Il est situé dans une très belle résidence, très bien située, arborée et fleurie, calme et dotée d'une superbe piscine.
Nous y reviendrons l'année prochaine sans aucun doute !

Nous avons passé une semaine cet été dans l'appartement, c'était juste magique.
L'appartement était très propre et décoré avec beaucoup de goût, très bien équipé avec tout ce dont on a besoin dans un appartement, on s'y sent vraiment comme chez soi, un bon petit cocon très douillet avec des équipements maison de qualité.
La résidence est top également, la piscine de grande taille est juste parfaite.
L’appartement est situé non loin du centre-ville donc près de toutes commodités.
Je tenais à préciser que j’ai été particulièrement touchée par la bienveillance de la propriétaire Anne qui a pris continuellement de nos nouvelles.
Je conseille vraiment cet endroit qui est au Top du Top.
Nous reviendrons, cela est certain

Sehr schöne, bequeme Wohnung. Sehr gute Küchenausstattung. Reservierte Garage im Untergeschoss. Sehr schöne, saubere Anlage, großer Pool mit warmen Wasser. Tolle Lage.
