Wir kennen die Gegend sehr gut und haben uns aufgrund der Lage an diesem schönen Strand und dazu in der Nähe von St.Tropez/Ramatuelle... für das Objekt entschieden. Die Lage ist prima. Das Haus ist eher einfach ausgestattet. Zwar ist in den Schlafzimmern eine Klimaanlage, alles andere ist simpel: Bad mit verstopftem Abfluss und Duischvorhang, kein Grill, Miniküche, etwas muffig aber innen relativ frisch gestrichen (Sommer21).

Lage, Aussicht und Terrasse sind traumhaft, der Strandabschnitt, den man über einen steilen Weg durch einen dicht bewachsenen Garten erreicht, sehr schön und sauber. Das Haus ist nett eingerichtet, ein Zimmer leider außerhalb des Wohnbereichs. Das Haus roch muffig: die Installationen waren leider verstopft, die Abflüsse gingen mehrmals über.Wir benötigte den Installateur bzw. waren eingeschränkt mit Dusche, Geschirrspüler etc. Die Küchenausstattung ist bescheiden, evtl. Töpfe etc. mitbringen.

Leider roch es im Haus sehr muffig, besonders in dem unteren Zimmer, dies lies sich auch durch längeres Lüften nicht beseitigen. Das Haus wird für 6 Personen angeboten, meines Erachtens ist es für max. 4 Personen geeignet. Im Außenbereich gibt es nur zwei Plastikliegen, für die keine Auflagen angeboten werden.
