L’appartement est situé dans une résidence calme et très agréable . La plage est accessible à pieds( environs 5-10 minutes ) La vue depuis la terrasse est magnifique.
L’appartement mériterait un « raffraichissement » , et plus de rangements. Le réfrigérateur est bien petit ( et fatigué…)pour une location pouvant accueillir jusqu’à 6 personnes .
Les oreillers mériteraient d’être changés, ils sont tachés et jaunis.
Une deuxième clef pour la porte d’entrée serait la bienvenue .

Appartement avec belle vue sur la mer de la terrasse et de la chambre en duplex.
Résidence fermée.
Distance de la plage acceptable..
