Hyper bien situé, parfait pour profiter de la ville et de la plage de l’éventail. on voit la mer et une tranche de remparts. équipements au top, lit confortable. 4 eme étage sans ascenseur.
le seul unique bémol c’est vraiment la forte et mauvaise odeur dès que l’on rentre dans l’immeuble et on traverse les parties communes. Il faut aérer tout le temps sinon ça sent mauvais aussi dans l’appart. Le reste est PARFAIT
