Principado Arena 7-B Deluxe Apartment Levante Beach

Las vistas son inmejorables al mar. Piso con los servicios completos. Muy agradable la estancia.

Algo de ruido por la fiesta de los locales del paseo, donde no tiene culpa el alojamiento.

The veiw was amazing and the appartment was massive and spotless

Having to collect and drop the keys a 20 min walk away from the appartment but it was a nice walk along the beach

Roomy bright and clean,good location,great view

Only one shower had hot water,poor quantity of Some of the crockery,one lift would only take 3 people and not 6 as stated, tried to contact property about faults but couldn’t get through .We had a poor experience booking apartment ,the system said they had no availability during booking process,so booked an alternative,only for the two to be confirmed ,then this property refused to a free cancellation,even though they caused the double booking , thankfully the second apartment accepted the problem and gave us a free cancellation .The managers of this apartment,in my experience feel way short of their responsibilities with regard to our stay with them !

Ubicacion

Era la tercera vez consecutiva que vamos en verano, estamos encantados con el apartamento, para nosotros fabuloso, pero esta vez, los ventanales estaban sucios, el primer día lo pasamos sin wifi por error en la contraseña que no dieron en booking, una de las camas individuales tenía las patas rotas y la otra tenía una madera del somier rota, el aire de la entrada, el cuarto día goteaba produciendo un charco, el segundo día delante del fregadero apareció un charco de agua, cosa que ya nos pasó el año anterior, (este charco una vez secado no volvió a aparecer, mantenimiento intento averiguar de donde salía el agua, pero al no volver a salir agua, no lo pudo solucionar). Las duchas con mucha cal, los grifos estaban obstruidos por lo cual era bastante incómoda la ducha ya que el agua salía fatal. En conclusión, un apartamento fabuloso, que deja mucho que desear en su mantenimiento.
