Pan di Zenzero Icecream Hotel

A great family run hotel makes you feel at home. The hotel is very clean, staff is very helpful and the owners are there all the time. The rooms are warm. The breakfast is excellent served by the staff to your desire. You can even have gelato and various desserts at breakfast. Fresh squeezed orange juice, special breads, Italian cheeses and meats and great Italian coffee.

We stayed at Pan di Zenzero Icecream Hotel with our children and had an amazing time! Everything was perfect — clean rooms, cozy atmosphere and wonderful service. Special thanks to Lyudmyla for her kindness, care and great help — she made us feel at home. The rooms are spotless, comfortable and very well maintained. Breakfasts were delicious and varied, always fresh and beautifully served. And the ice cream is homemade — absolutely fantastic! A huge thank you to the owner for her kindness and hospitality — she personally made an ice cream cake for our daughter, a touching and heartwarming gesture we’ll never forget! Perfect location near the beach, shops and restaurants. A wonderful place for families — we truly loved our stay and will definitely come back!

We had a pleasant stay at the hotel. First of all, the location of the hotel was very convenient — the bus stop was only about 150 meters away, making it easy to get around. Additionally, there was a Conad grocery store just 500 meters from the hotel, which was perfect for quick shopping. Breakfasts at the hotel were quite good, offering a wide variety of sweet pastries, and we could even enjoy ice cream during breakfast. Our room faced the inner courtyard, so it was very quiet at night, allowing for a restful sleep. Furthermore, the breakfast staff were very friendly and welcoming, which added to the overall positive experience.

The selection of fresh vegetables at breakfast was quite limited, which was a bit disappointing. Also, loud music was played in the hallway, and unfortunately, it could be heard from inside our room, which disturbed the otherwise peaceful atmosphere.

The hotel is really close to the beach . The stuff was very friendly and kind .

Unfortunately there are more things not to like rather than like and it’s weird the hotel has so high reviews on booking . We booked the “deluxe or double room” there was nothing deluxe or double in this room. It was very very small, the balcony was looking at another building and it was so close to each other that you couldn’t even leave the curtains open. You can hear everything. People were talking at the reception and we were on the first floor and we were able to listen to them like they were in the room. It was zero sound proofed . In the morning where the cleaning crew was entering the rooms , you could hear exactly what they do how they do it when they do it. No matter which door was opening or closing you could hear it , if you want to go and rest you really have to find another place . At the same Time i saw the reviews about cleaning , I am not sure what exactly or how long people Stayed but we stayed for 4 nights , 5 days and we had the same sheets and towels. What the crew did was enter the room, make the bed (same sheets) and change the towel we had outside the shower. That’s not exactly cleaning . That’s tiding up. The breakfast wasn’t that good. It was full of sweets , the savory options were super limited and if you stay for long as we did , it gets boring.
