The location of the hotel is excellent, everything is nearby, the conad store, pizzerias, the beach is 150-200 meters in a straight line, public transport stops on both sides.
I have something to compare hotels in Rimini with, so I want to say that the rooms are not very large, but the balconies are huge, but it most likely depends on the room. the breakfast at the hotel was delicious, there were a lot of different pastries, fruits, the only thing missing was a variety of cheeses, and a different menu, it was almost always monotonous. maybe it's the way it's done in Italy, but I have something to compare it with. there may also be a slight disadvantage to the noise insulation in the hotel,
