Il proprietario è stato estremamente gentile, disponibile e professionale durante tutto il soggiorno. Sono arrivato con un leggero ritardo, ma il receptionist che mi stava aspettando mi ha accolto con grande cordialità e disponibilità, dimostrando professionalità e attenzione verso gli ospiti. Un servizio davvero eccellente! È evidente che tutto lo staff lavora con passione e dedizione.

The hotel's location is probably the one and only good thing about it. It is really close to the beach, just a 5 minute walk.

The room wasn't ready when we arrived, even though we specified the time of arrival. So after a long and exhasting journey, we were asked to wait...off to a great start. The internet connection wasn't stable, it didn't work the best, so we often had to use our mobile internet. The staff lacked basic knowledge of English, it was hard to communicate with them. The room wasn't remodeled, it was okay, but the bathroom could use some work. It was really old and unpleseant. The reception was always empty, there was literally noone, so you couldn't ask about anything. We even asked about check out, because we had to leave super early to catch our flight, but we were told, that of couse, someone will be there to check us out....but in reality, there was noone, so we had to leave the keys and shut the door behind us.
