The perfect stay!

Luca was the perfect host and was always available to answer our questions. The apartment was clean and in the perfect location and we’re able to walk to the beach, train station and the center of Chiavari. I would definitely book this apartment again in the future if it is available as I know it books up fast!

The only issue was figuring out the heating system. There are mini split’s that are apparently used for cooling and heating is radiation heat. It was my fault as I should have contacted Luca regarding this issue.

Great location and responsive host

Location was amazing. Easy walking distance to the beach, train, shops and grocery stores. Apartment was clean and tidy. Host was very responsive. Such a beautiful little town and one of the highlights of our trips.

Clean and wonderful location

This is a beautiful property, very clean and comfortable. The host met us on our way from the train station and showed us to the apartment and made sure we knew how everything worked. He also provided some great suggestions for local restaurants and other things we asked about. The location was excellent, not too far from the station and surrounded by all the shops and restaurants one could ever need. would definitely stay again if we are ever blessed to return to Chiavari!

La posizione è eccezionale, nel cuore del centro storico, vicinissima sia alla stazione sia alla spiaggia. L’appartamento è molto accogliente, pulitissimo, arredato con stile e dotato di ogni comodità.

Casa de dos habitaciones muy centrica y acogedora

La amabilidad de Nicole, una anfitriona muy atenta. Nos ofreció unas sabanas para un sofá cama porque en la litera no cabía mi sobrino, un detalle por su parte. Las camas cómodas y el baño con plato de ducha. La valoramos porque tenía ascensor y viajábamos con personas mayores. Todo muy limpio, con todo lo necesario para pasar una estancia maravillosa en Chiavari, cerca de todo, mercados, restaurantes y playa. Repetiremos seguro si volvemos a Genova! Gracias por todo Nicole de parte de toda mi familia!

Appartamento accogliente, comodo, spazioso e molto pulito. Ottima posizione. Host gentile e disponibile. Consigliato per chi vuole rilassarsi e godersi il mare.

Ottimo soggiorno

Super cordialità del proprietario e sempre disponibile a darti indicazioni su locali o mete da visitare. L'appartamento è nel centro storico di Chiavari, quindi un ottima posizione per tutto quanto. Se arrivate in macchina conviene parcheggiare nelle strade limitrofe dove la sera trovate sempre parcheggio.
